HURCO strengthens its leadership with a new management duo: Klaus Hölzl is taking over the role of managing director alongside Michael Auer with immediate effect. Together, they want to further expand HURCO’s innovative strength and market position – especially in the field of automation.
Responsibility shared between two shoulders
Michael Auer, previously sole managing director, will focus on strategic planning and corporate development in the future. Klaus Hölzl, who has been sales director at HURCO since 2014, will take over the management of operations and sales. “I am delighted to have Klaus Hölzl, an experienced and committed colleague, at my side,” says Auer.
Driving innovation
Klaus Hölzl brings with him a wealth of expertise in sales and mechanical engineering. His goal is to further strengthen HURCO’s position as a technology leader and raise awareness of the TAKUMI brand. A particular focus is on automation solutions: “The demand for automated solutions is also growing in single-part and small-batch production. With our ProCobots systems and the integrated WinMax control system, we offer tailor-made and economical solutions here,” emphasizes Hölzl.
